2. Vicar's Message
Message for the month of August
My dear brothers and sisters in Christ.
Thank God for protecting us during July. I congratulate all the students who participated in our Vacation Bible
School. Appreciating the efforts of our teachers, volunteers and wellwishers.
As we enter the month of August, we reflect on the goodness of God and the blessings we've received. Despite
the challenges we face, we remain steadfast in our faith, trusting in His love and guidance.
On August 6th we celebrate the Feast of Transfiguration. As we celebrate the Feast of the Transfiguration, we
remember the moment when Jesus' divine nature shone through, revealing His glory to Peter, James, and John.
This powerful event reminds us that we, too, can be transformed by God's presence in our lives.
Just as Jesus' transfiguration prepared Him for His journey to Jerusalem, may we also be strengthened for our
journeys. May we listen to His voice, just as the Father commands, and may our lives all reflect the glory of God.
Join us for worship and reflection on this special feast day as we bask in the radiance of God's love.
We should ask ourselves on this occasion. How has God's presence transformed your life? What areas of your
life need transformation? How can you reflect God's glory to others?
May the glory of God shine upon us all!
